Final Details for Conference Attendees

The Jamestown 2007 Conference and Liberty Day Celebration are upon us!

As the days have drawn closer the excitement has grown immensely around here! Families from 12 states plan to join us for this event, and we look forward to meeting you all this weekend!

There are just a few final details that we'd like to bring to your attention. Please take a minute to look over the items below, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! We'll do our best to get back to you quickly!

The Liberty Day Staff

Doors Open
Doors open at 6:00pm on Friday evening, February 23. The first session begins at 7:00pm.
Saturday morning, doors open at 8:00am, and the sessions begin at 9:00am.

Even though there are "No Parking" signs on the Ridge and Walnut Streets, the AH police dept has given us permission to park along the building side of those roads. There is also a parking lot on the corner of Walnut & Euclid that is available to park in.

Book Tables
Vision Forum and Faith and Family Books will have their book tables available for you to make purchases from throughout the weekend.

You may bring your lunch and supper with you on Saturday. There is a cafeteria on the lower level of the building in which you may eat your meals.

Colonial Displays
On Saturday in the cafeteria there will be displays from the colonial era that you should be sure to see.

Colonial Fashion Show
The conference is scheduled to be over at 3:45 on Saturday. The Liberty Day Program begins promptly at 6:00pm. During that break between the conference and the evening program there will be a Colonial Fashion Show from 5:00 - 5:30.

If you are coming to the Liberty Day Program on Saturday night, please bring 3-dozen cookies (chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin) in a disposable container, or ziplock bag! It's not mandatory, but it is much appreciated! Thanks!

Essay Contest Winners
We received quite a number of really wonderful essays... Our judges had a challenge to choose the winners, but they will be announced during the Liberty Day Program on Saturday evening!

On Saturday night (or throughout the conference, too!) join in on the celebration by wearing a historical costume from an era that brings to mind the great men and women that defended liberty.

At Door Registration
Registration will be available at the door. So if you, or others you know, are interested in attending but haven't registered, please come!

Christian Liberty Academy is located at 502 W. Euclid Avenue, Arlington Heights, IL just east of the crossroads of Route 14 and Euclid Avenue.
